Louisa Illidge joined IES as a Research Intern in February 2023, before becoming a Research Officer in August 2023. Louisa’s interests in education and wellbeing led her to research these topics with young people for her undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations. These interests are now guiding the work she does at IES and has led her to contribute to projects in several areas, including education, skills, and wellbeing at work. Louisa has experience in conducting research using qualitative and quantitative methods, analyses, and reporting. Through her work at IES, Louisa also has supported projects by working on desk research, literature reviews, thematic analysis and other survey analyses.
