This online event brought together leading labour market and workplace experts from the UK and beyond to explore practical ways to improve workforce health.

The webinar featured new research on international work and health outcomes, produced by IES for the Commission on Healthier Working Lives with support from the Health Foundation. The research investigates how the UK differs from comparable countries in terms of the prevalence of ill health in the working age population and the likelihood that ill health leads to worklessness, and what interventions exist overseas to improve this.

Speakers shared insights into how employers and government policies in other countries address work and health challenges, offering ideas to improve outcomes in the UK.
