A Report on the Levelling Up Agenda

The purpose of this report, produced in partnership with the Salvation Army, is to inform governments on what rebuilding is needed and where, in order to ensure the Levelling up Agenda is successful at Levelling up the country. 

Researchers identified which areas should be prioritised for financial investments, and and using economic, labour market and social quantifiers, identified where funding is most needed - and crucially, areas Government are at risk of leaving behind.

Building on the Salvations Army's expertise on the ground, researchers engaged with communitites on how government should invest in their neighbourhoods, providing a unique opportunity for government to hear directly what is needed in local areas.
