The National Institute for Healthcare (NIHR) commissioned IES in partnership with Kent Business School, Warwick Business School and the University of Tilburg, to conduct a review of the evidence on Staff Engagement within the NHS. The project resulted in a series of publications, all hosted on the NIHR website.
The Guide to Engagement for Senior Leaders looks at the key role senior leaders can play in shaping organisational culture to support staff engagement. It summarises the evidence based review of the impact of leadership.
