Graduate Recruitment and Selection Evidence Report

This evidence report presents detailed findings from the desk-based research activity conducted during the set-up and data analysis phase of the project 'Understanding employers' graduate recruitment and selection practices'. It therefore acts as a reference or supplement to the main report which sets out key findings from all phases. The evidence report follows a similar structure the main report for ease of read-across.

The report provides the full analysis of the literature reviewed for the research and full analysis and related commentary of the data examined.
