He is highly experienced in arranging, conducting and analysing qualitative interviews with a wide range of interviewees, including large-scale evaluations to explore how employability and training programmes have been run, how these work with partners and stakeholders, and the impact the programmes have had on participants.

Harry has also conducted focus groups, including sessions with young people (aged 16-18), jobseekers, and training participants. Harry has also led evidence reviews, particularly around the issues of green skills, quality jobs, and increasing employer investment in skills.
