London 2012: Approaches to Management of Health and Safety

IES research for the Olympic Delivery Authority compared the different approaches to the management of health and safety relating to leadership and worker involvement, on the Olympic Park and Athlete’s Village. The focus was on collaborative approaches to health and safety and the benefits that can result. Relevant practice, barriers to, and enablers of, good practice were considered.
