Trapped or Flexible: Risk Transitions and Missing Policies for Young High-Skilled workers in Europe
IES was one of the partners in an EU-wide consortium (led by Istituto per la Ricerca Sociale – IRS Milan) which undertook a pilot project (as part of the EU’s Lifelong Learning Programme) to encourage conversion of precarious work into work with decent pay and working conditions for graduates who increasingly face a lengthier and more difficult transition to employment and more uncertain career prospects.
