Consulting support to Plan International and a specialist communications firm they are working with. This will communicate to all staff the values-based leadership framework and connected career progression tool which IES developed for Plan.

The package of outputs includes an animation (of a conversation between an individual and her manager), posters and an interactive pdf version of both frameworks.
