Smart Industrial Relations - Smart production in the manufacturing industry and work organisation: new scenarios for Industrial Relations
IES is participating in a European Commission-funded project examining 'smart industrial relations', consisting of new modes of production (smart production), and processes of change (anticipation, preparation and management). The aim is to help develop capacity building for the social partners.
The project focuses on Portugal, Bulgaria, Poland, Spain, UK and Italy. IES will carry out desk research relating to the UK and participate in three workshops, to be held in Lisbon, Warsaw and Sofia.
