ONS Workforce Planning
To develop a strategic workforce planning process with ONS, closely integrated with both business and financial planning and including dialogues
with business directors. The ONS workforce will need to respond to evolving changes in the business model of ONS, budgetary pressures and the development of date science methodologies in economic and social statistical analysis.
