OIAHE Employee Engagement Survey

This is the fifth employee engagement that IES has managed on behalf of the OIAHE, previous surveys being in 2012, 2014, 2017 and 2020. This version will include previous questions, along with new sections containing hybrid working and EDI questions. As in 2020, the survey is entirely online and the questionnaire will be similar to previous years, to allow for comparisons over time. There will be some online and in-person focus groups held in November to discuss the results of the survey and to discuss action points going forward.
