Evaluation of Risk Management in Construction

A programme of work led by the Health and Safety Executive’s Construction Division has sought to bring about improvements in risk management by developing solutions in partnership with all relevant elements of the industry supply chain. In this evaluation, the HSE commissioned IES to examine each of the work strands that has followed this model, to identify those elements that worked best in particular circumstances, and to explore the potential transferability of this approach to other priority risk areas.
