Evaluation of the impact of the internal workplace mediation training service
This project aimed to evaluate the impact of Acas's internal workplace mediation training service for its trainees and to gain an insight into the effectiveness of Acas's in-house training for organisations.
It also provided data for the key performance indicator, the percentage of successful mediations by (accredited) mediators trained by Acas one year after completion of training.
