The costs and returns of investments for reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities and sheltered workshops
IES worked with Matrix to carry out research for the European Parliament on the costs and returns of investments for reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities.
The aim of the study was to provide Members of the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs of the European Parliament with an up-to-date, comprehensive picture of the latest developments on costs and returns of investment for reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities in terms of employment, public institutions, services and products, as well as for sheltered workshops. The work comprised desk research, case studies and cost-benefit analysis.
