The College of Social Work help-desk pilot evaluation
The College of Social Work (TCSW), in partnership with the Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) will be conducting a pilot of their flagship online help-desk and information service between 1st August 2011 and 10th October 2011. IES has been selected to undertake an evaluation of the pilot. The evaluation will review effectiveness of the service, identify lessons learned and inform future feasibility planning.
